One more controversy comes with Justin's new album "Believe"
Some weeks ago Justin allegedly hit the paparazzi, but nothing was proved or no clue was their what will happen next.
But now according to Celebuzz, case has moved to prosecuters.
Celebuzz had exclusive interview with L.A. County Sheriff and they were quoted saying-
" The case was just passed off to the D.A.’s office… it is up to the D.A. if they press charges.”
Justin’s fate now lies in the hands of the District Attorney of Los Angeles County, as he will decide if the 18-year-old singer will face criminal prosecution. Justin could face up to six months in jail if he is charged and convicted of the supposed crime.
