Justin Bieber Gets Bloody In 'As Long As You Love Me' Tease

Justin Bieber looked a little beaten and bloodied in a photo released by his "As Long as You Love Me" video director, Anthony Mandler. According to the director, "It's a story of love.... #believe."

He then tweeted a still photo of Bieber looking beaten up with blood dripping from his mouth, as if he had been punched. Perhaps Bieber must fight to keep his girl in the new video?

Bieber shot the clip earlier this month and on his Twitter teased that it would be along the lines of a short film. The video will also feature rapper Big Sean, who tweeted about how epic he thinks the video is going to be. "@justinbieber gonna be a GOOD vid!" he wrote in the midst of shooting. "Congrats boi."

Sean wasn't the only visitor on set. Bieber also got a number of other A-list drop-bys, though no word on whether they will appear in the clip. Bieber shared, "My big bros @usherraymondiv @iamwill and @asherRoth all came thru the video shoot. #Believe."

While little is known about what will happen in the video, other than Bieber getting hit, the singer's manager, Scooter Braun, shared that it would leave other guys very envious. "I promise on everything that every guy on the planet wishes they were Justin Bieber in this music video right now," he tweeted.

Bieber's longtime associate, videographer Alfredo Flores, added, "As Long as You Love Me video is epic! @justinbieber is destroying this dance. @BigSean is killing his verse. #GETREADY."

"As Long as You Love Me" is the second video and single from Bieber's chart-topping Believe album. This is the first time that Mandler has worked with Bieber, though he has already helmed major video releases for the likes of Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Drake, Usher and Jay-Z, to name a few. A release date for the video has yet to be announced.

This is not the first time this year that fans have seen Bieber get beaten up for his art. Earlier this year, Bieber appeared on the cover of Complexmagazine, appearing bruised and battered and nursing his wounds by holding a steak up to his face.
