It was started by the cosmetics brand in 1994 in order to fund and raise awareness about HIV/AIDS prevention. It also offers support and resources to people with the diseases. So far, they've raised over $224 million in direct donations to HIV/AIDS-related causes. In short, it's rad.

But what makes it even cooler is that this money is raised through the sale of limited-time make-up collections which are created in part by glamorous cultural figures, many of whom happen to be musicians.
