Justin Bieber on TV with Ryan Seacrest for New Year's Eve

There is a thinking that says if you got a good thing going then, well, then you should keep it going. Milk it while you can. That appears to be what's going on with Justin Bieber and TV shows this holiday season.
Justin and his management have had him on a plethora of television specials over the holidays and he still has one of the biggest to come. On New Year's Eve the kid from Stratford, Canada, will be guesting - both singing and talking - on 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest'. That tidbit of news was announced by Justin - on Seacrest's radio show - back in October and his biggest fans have been looking forward to it since.
Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga guest on Dick Clark
The highly rated show has live segments in New York, with over one million in Times Square, and in L.A.. Other guests will include Lady Gaga and Pitbull. Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga will be on the New York segment of the evening with Seacrest while Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas hosts the L.A. segments. Seacrest said Beyonce will make an appearance at some point during the show.
Clark has Type 2 diabetes and had a severe stroke which caused him to miss the 2004 show. Seacrest began co-hosting in 2005 and the host of 'American Idol' now does the talking to guests and announcing of acts. It will be the first time Justin has been on it but the he will not appear on-air with the recently-turned 82-year-old Clark.

Justin Bieber: 2011 Christmas Specials
Justin appeared on Michael Buble's NBC holiday special, 'A Michael Buble Christmas' to start his rounds of shows, singing 'Mistletoe' from his Christmas album 'Under the Mistletoe;. There was a show on TLC from the U.K. called "This is Justin Bieber' that had shots of him singing and of him backstage,. He guested on ''The 13th Annual A Home for the Holidays with Martina McBride' on CBS and in Toronto hosted his own intimate evening of performing Christmas songs called 'Justin Bieber: Home for the Holidays.'
This year marks the 40th 'New Year's Rockin' Eve' show.
