Joseph Cony has been fighting the Ugandan government for about 26 years. He remains at large today, but this film is urging vigilance on behalf of people in many countries so that the murderer can be hunted down and captured.
Its intent is to "raise support for [Joseph Kony's] arrest and set a precedent for international justice."
