Justin Bieber's 'Just Getting Started' Book Reveals Many things..

In his latest hardcover, "Just Getting Started," Justin Bieber makes sure his fans feel the love. Part memoir, part coffee-table book, the follow-up to 2010's "Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever: My Story" is even dedicated to his Beliebers.

Inside, Justin takes us through his hectic life as an international superstar. And while the shirtless photos might have Beliebers drooling, it's some of the singer's more intimate revelations that will leave them swooning. Inside he opens up about his family-filled 18th birthday, his favorite cities around the globe and the making of Believe. But, he also gets candid about some the many ups and downs of life in the spotlight.

That Whole Paternity Suit Thing
He later addresses his 2011 paternity scandal, during which Mariah Yeater accused him of fathering her child after a backstage tryst. "So let's just get to it" he writes, before noting "she had absolutely no evidence to verify her claim" (which is probably why she later dropped the suit). "It's hard enough to be a teenager going through regular stuff, but doing it under the microscope of the press just amplifies what's already awkward to begin with. That would be tough for any kid."

In 2010, overwhelmed by his fame, Bieber almost wanted to quit the business for good. But, he looked to Nike's best motivational speaker, Kobe Bryant, for some encouragement to stay in the game a little bit longer. "For the first time, I think I understood that I will never be normal again," he shares. "I want to grow up as an artist, as an entertainer, and I want to perfect it along the way. What I got from Kobe that night is that all I can do is strive to be my best, and the rest will come."

Hide and Go Seek
In the section, billed as such, Bieber shares what he does to let loose on tour. "For security reasons, we sometimes have to take a whole floor of a hotel. It doesn't happen a lot, but when it does we often get into epic games of hide and go seek." And after countless shows across the country, he's got his strategy down to a science. "Can you keep a secret? OK, so check this out. What most of the crew doesn't know is that I create alliances with certain people during these games." Secret's out, Bieber.

Parting Is Such Sweet Sorrow
Fittingly in the section titled "Swaggy," he jokes about his 2011 haircut, which later made headlines for weeks. Writing about the decision to chop off his signature swoop, he says, "It's a haircut, people! Just a haircut. The fabric of the universe wasn't altered- just the length of my hair!"

And the Grammy Goes to...
While most of the book is reflective of his life so far, he also does share what he wants for the future. "I am still young and have a lot I still want to do," he writes. "When I think about the future, I hope to someday win a Grammy (or two), and maybe do a little acting. I enjoy the process of making great music... and I hope to keep doing that too."

Justin Bieber paparazzo challenge charge

The paparazzo who has been criminally charged with chasing Justin Bieber through California last month will plead not guilty.

The professional photographer allegedly caused the pop star to reach speeds as high as 100 mph on the 101 Freeway in Los Angeles but is claiming it was the same urgent situation as a news reporter rushing to a fire.

Paul Raef's lawyer, David Kestenbaum, told website TMZ.com that his client is no different than a traditional news reporter covering a breaking story, and therefore he has a constitutional right to chase it.

After a hearing on Thursday, David told reporters it is unfair that Justin got off with just a speeding ticket for the incident, while his client now faces a reckless driving charge.

California Highway Patrol Officer Ming Hsu says Justin Bieber was cited for driving in excess of 65 mph at about 10:45 a.m. on Friday morning, after calls came in complaining of a freeway chase on southbound U.S. Highway 101 near Studio City
Justin said he was being chased by paparazzi.
The claim of a chase is backed by eyewitness Los Angeles City Councilman Dennis Zine, who called authorities after seeing Justin's distinctive chrome Fisker Karma being chased by five or six other cars.

He forced her to perform sexual actions on webcam. 
A suspect has been arrested, while trying to meet an officer under the guise of a 14-year-old child in Toronto.

Justin’s team reportedly worked quickly to follow everyone back once they regained complete control of the account. His account may be verified, but if someone gains access to a verified Twitter account, it doesn’t become unverified.

He tweeted a number missing last digit, early this month saying call me right now. 
In fraction of minutes the Texas person received thousands of call.

Two people in Texas an older woman named Dilcie and a man named Kent, claim their phones have been ringing off the hook non-stop ... and now, they've lawyered up to force Justin to pay for his actions.
The things they have claimed are : concert tickets for Ms. Fleming’s grandchildren, a Bieber apology, an endorsement for Kent’s upcoming online project ... and lastly ... money for any out of pocket expenses.

Justin Bieber Sued By RC3 App makers

RC3, a maker of Android apps, isn't about to be backed down by the legal demands of a teenager. The company has preemptively filed a lawsuit against Justin Bieber and claims the right to distribute a game, Joustin' Beaver, regardless of the singer's trademark and publicity right claims. The move comes two weeks after Bieber's attorneys sent the company a cease-and-desist letter that threatened litigation if the app wasn't promptly terminated.
In the lawsuit, RC3 admits that the game was inspired by Biebermania:
"In an effort to comment upon the Defendant's life, the Plaintiff, RC3 developed the aforementioned App entitled "Joustin' Beaver." The App, a video game, is a parody of the commercial success of the Defendant and any celebrity. The parody app portrays a beaver floating on a log down a river. The beaver presents with bangs, a lance, and a purple sweater. The beaver knocks 'Phot-Hogs' that are attempting to take his photograph into the river with his lance. The beaver also signs 'Otter-graphs.' The beaver also must dodge the 'whirlpool of success,' which will lead beaver out of control, while navigating the river.

And then title was changed to USC erections

Old Man Cannot Bear Beliebers In Miami, Hit Factory Studios

So Justin Bieber is getting involved in too many news these days, especially in police even there's no fault of him. 
A sad old man in Miami just couldn't take a heavy dose of Bieber fever last night, demanding police arrest an adorable young group of Bieber fans for disturbing the peace outside his business.

The old man's the owner of a Miami recording studio called the Hit Factory, and the girls were camped outside creating a noise, expecting Justin to show up for a recording session.

Old Man claimed they had already caused $10,000 in damage earlier in the week. 

The girls pled their case, trying to explain why it was absolutely imperative they be allowed to stay -- as one explained, "[Justin is] amazing! He's everything!" Another added, "I touched his hand! He smells like cotton candy!!!" All good points.

The cop instructed the girls to keep out of the street and stay quiet.

Promising to be good, another girl replied, "We're not gonna scream. We're gonna scream low."

Anonymous Allegedly Threatens Sony, Justin Bieber, Others Over SOPA Support

An Anonymous-branded message threatening Sony and a handful of celebrities has surfaced and calls for attacks on the target parties as retaliation for their collective support of SOPA. The message announces that Anonymous will “destroy [Sony's] network,” and has “declared that [their] fury will be brought upon…Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Kim Kardashian, and Taylor Swift,” for their grievous crime. Now, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Releasing a video announcing an Anonymous attack doesn’t necessarily make said Anonymous attack real, but this one seems to be gaining some traction.

As with any “Anonymous Announcement,” it’s imperative to consider the source. The YouTube account that released the video, TheAnonMessage, probably isn’t what you would call a premier source of Anonymous news, but the video does have about 60,000 views at the time of this writing. TheAnonMessage has also uploaded plenty of other videos announcing other Anonymous operations, but I can’t say that I’ve heard of many of them, and I’m willing to bet that at least 95% of them never actually took off. They date back to July of this year, and the first 2 laughably include the prefix “Official” in the title. It’s also worth noting that the YouTube channel’s associated Twitter account boasts a paltry 225 followers, so take the decree as you will.

All that being said, do a quick Google search for “Anonymous Sony SOPA” and see how many hits you get. Quite a few. Just like the big “Anonymous is attacking Facebook” thing a few months ago, the media has gotten the ball rolling on this one, despite the fact that it’s nigh impossible for anything to actually be officially related to Anonymous until after the fact, and it’s a grey area even then. In any event, if something does happen, it’s going to be bad news for Sony, who’ve already had to deal with this sort of mess plenty of times before. Then again, maybe they’re ready for it this time. As for the random assortment of celebrities, well, when isn’tthere someone trying to take them down or steal their personal data, right?

Mariah Yeater Still Believing Justin Bieber Is The Father Of Her Baby

She may have dropped her paternity suit against Justin Bieber, but Mariah Yeater is still convinced he’s the father of her infant son Tristyn. “I still definitely want a DNA test and I want to refile my paternity case,” Mariah tells the Chicago Sun-Times in a new interview. “I do believe he is the father.”

That’s right — even after Justin took a DNA test, Mariah remains convinced.

“Bieber’s counsel hasn’t told me where Bieber’s alleged DNA is secured, nor has provided information substantiating the chain of custody and protocol utilized in the claimed DNA collection and testing,” Mariah’s counsel, Jeffery Leving, says.

He may be one of the biggest stars on the planet, with a personal fortune of millions, but even Justin Bieber isn't above the law.

The 17-year-old star was pulled over by a Los Angeles Police Officer earlier today for a suspected traffic offence. 

The Baby singer was spotted with his hands over his face as he spoke to the officer through the driver's window. 

Police told TMZ that Justin Bieber made an 'unsafe left turn' at a Los Angeles intersection. 

However, the star was let off with a warning after 'promising to be more careful in the future', reports the website. 

Justin Bieber looked a little glum later when he left his car in a stylish ensemble of leather hoodie, black jeans and boots.

His car features Batman symbols on the front and back along with his initials on the side panel. 

However, this is not the first time the singer has been pulled over in his Batman themed Cadillac CTS-V.

He found himself in hot water again back in October when he allegedly cut off a California Highway Patrol Officer.

However, the lucky singer was again let off with a warning.

Bieber is back in Los Angeles after performing for President Obama at the Christmas in Washington concert.

Selena Gomez 'To Propose To Justin Bieber'

She apparently wants to show JB that she's with him for the long haul...

Just when we thought we had heard all of the ridiculous Justin Bieber and Selena Gomezrumours, the National Enquirer is claiming 19-year old Selena is planning to propose to JB this Christmas.

According to the US website, the Hit The Lights singer wants to make Biebs feel more secure about their relationship, following Mariah Yeater's claims that he fathered her son, Tristyn.

The supposed source, thought to be close to Gomez, revealed: "Selena is crazy about Justin, and she hates seeing him so upset over the paternity allegations."

"He's been on edge thinking Selena might leave him, so she wants to get him a ring to show that she's with him for the long haul. Even Justin's mom Pattie is in on the secret."

Following the baby accusations, Bieber has apparently been talking about starting a familywith Gomez, with the insider revealing: "Pattie thinks Justin is talking about having kids partly because he's afraid of losing Selena."

"But if Selena proposes, Pattie thinks Justin will feel more secure, and she'll be able to talk them into putting off a wedding and kids."

Hmmm, we don't think we will have to buy a hat for their wedding just yet! Meanwhile in other Selieber news, the cute couple were spotted enjoying a steak dinner in Washington last weekend, where onlookers claimed they looked very happy together.

Mariah Yeater’s Ex-Boyfriend Says She Lied About Justin Bieber Being The Daddy!

For the first time, Mariah Yeater’s ex-boyfriend admits HE is her baby’s daddy and she made up the whole story about Justin Bieber to make money.

Mariah Yeater – who claimed Justin Bieber fathered her child — “lied…because she wanted a $50,000 payday,” says her ex-boyfriend, Robert Powell, 23.  In an exclusive jailhouse interview with RumorFix, Robert revealed, ‘We were both homeless and living in Oceanside, [California] and Mariah was trying to make some quick money.’

Robert says Mariah made up the story and sold it to a tabloid for $50,000.

Robert explains why Mariah picked Justin, “She just picked him, because she thought he was famous and all and thought she could get a lot of money by telling the magazine Justin was the father. She just saw him as an opportunity to make a lot of money.”

Although Mariah claims she met Justin at a concert in Los Angeles and they had sex in a bathroom, Robert says Mariah’s never met Justin, nor has she been to one of his concerts — she’s only seen him on TV.

Robert also admits Tristyn Yeater is his son, even though the birth certificate doesn’t list a father.

“She said she was doing it for us … for our family and son. She made it seem like it was all for us but she’s greedy. I don’t know, I still love her though,” he explains. “All I want is to be with my son, that’s all I care about. She can take all her money, I just want my son. And man, on the real, I feel sorry for Justin Bieber. He’s just a little kid man. He don’t need to be going through all this drama. He got a career and sh*t to focus on. I feel sorry for the dude.”

Robert is in jail on three burglary charges a charge of receiving stolen property and drug possession.

Justin Bieber's 'baby mama' caught on tape doing drugs in front of a three-year-old

US magazine Star claims to have video footage of Mariah Yeater - the woman lodging a paternity claim against Justin Bieber - smoking pot in front of a toddler.

The footage hasn't been released online, but in their print issue Star has published screen shots which allegedly show the 20-year-old smoking a joint with friends while a girl of about three years old watches on.

“We're about to get high!” Yeater reportedly says in the video. “Burning weed, burning weed.”

It's not clear whether she was pregnant with her son (now aged four months) when the video was taken, but Star claims that sources close to the single mum say she “may have smoked marijuana once or twice while carrying Tristyn”.

Justin Bieber's Alleged Baby Mama Ex-Boyfriend Is POSITIVE He's the Daddy

The ex-boyfriend of Justin Bieber's alleged baby mama has no doubt  ... he's the daddy of the baby she claims Justin fathered  ... and he wants to take a DNA test to prove it. 

TMZ broke the story that Mariah Yeater sent text messages to a friend ... fingering her ex, Robbie Powell, as the baby daddy.

Sources close to Powell tell TMZ ... he's making his move because he's tired of Yeater using the kid for media attention.

Our sources says Robbie has been telling friends ... Mariah told him the whole Bieber story was BS. We're told Robbie believes she did it for the money because she's desperate for cash.

According to our sources, Powell has been approached by several media outlets to tell his story and he's reviewing his options.
