Justin Bieber paparazzo challenge charge

The paparazzo who has been criminally charged with chasing Justin Bieber through California last month will plead not guilty.

The professional photographer allegedly caused the pop star to reach speeds as high as 100 mph on the 101 Freeway in Los Angeles but is claiming it was the same urgent situation as a news reporter rushing to a fire.

Paul Raef's lawyer, David Kestenbaum, told website TMZ.com that his client is no different than a traditional news reporter covering a breaking story, and therefore he has a constitutional right to chase it.

After a hearing on Thursday, David told reporters it is unfair that Justin got off with just a speeding ticket for the incident, while his client now faces a reckless driving charge.

California Highway Patrol Officer Ming Hsu says Justin Bieber was cited for driving in excess of 65 mph at about 10:45 a.m. on Friday morning, after calls came in complaining of a freeway chase on southbound U.S. Highway 101 near Studio City
Justin said he was being chased by paparazzi.
The claim of a chase is backed by eyewitness Los Angeles City Councilman Dennis Zine, who called authorities after seeing Justin's distinctive chrome Fisker Karma being chased by five or six other cars.

Justin Bieber has proved he has grown up. Earlier rumored to buy home in hollywood hills rented by Ashton Kutcher.

The Mansion features A huge swimming pool, guest house and massive garage to park his luxury cars.

Justin Bieber Still Looking for Dream home !

Justin Bieber is still on the hunt for an L.A. home, but he definitely has NOT put an offer on the $10+ million home Ashton Kutcher is currently renting.

Justin is buying house in hollywood hill which is rented by Ahton Kutcher !Not true.  

TMZ broke the story ... Justin was looking at the Ashton home as well as 2 homes in Calabasas -- a suburb of L.A. but he hasn't made an offer on anything yet.

In fact, Justin's people tell us the Ashton house isn't even the frontrunner. Justin has now looked at 3 homes in Calabasas and he's looked at 2 of them more than once, but he's still not prepared to make an offer on anything and is continuing to look.

Two other points ... We're told Ashton is saying he wants to buy the house he's currently renting.
As for Justin, he's going on tour soon, so unless he finds the house he really wants ... he may rent for a while. The rich have such problems ...

Justin Bieber Buys A $10.8million Mansion for Himself And Selena

So as we reported earlier Justin Bieber wants to buy 2 mansions. Now he's got one in Hollywood hills. 
The home was previously rented by Ashton Kutcher. 
With plenty of space, Justin has ample places to play as the home features five bedrooms, set across 9,400 square feet.

Looking over Lake Hollywood, the large living room has walls of glass, allowing the pop superstar to have a perfect view of the stunning scenery.

So now finally legal Justin Bieber is trying to get home out in LA or Calabasas, Calif. 
The third home Justin is interested in is in the Hollywood area, currently being rented by Ashton Kutcher. We're told that place is listed for $10 million.
