Justin Bieber's accuser demands another DNA test

The woman who claimed singer Justin Bieber fathered her child is demanding he take another DNA test.

Mariah Yeater’s lawyer, Jeffrey Leving, is requesting that Bieber’s new test be conducted with him or another of Yeater’s attorneys present to confirm that the sample is the singer’s.

"We have been negotiating a DNA test," Leving says. "We just received communication from Justin Bieber's lawyer today concerning our discussions, which are private."

Justin previously took a paternity test on Friday, to dispute claims from Mariah Yeater, that he fathered her child as the result of an encounter between them after a concert of his in 2010, which took place in Los Angeles at the Staples Center. However, there was trouble obtaining a DNA sample from Yeater’s child, Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater, who was born in July.

Leving also said he would refile the paternity suit if the issue isn’t settled out of court.

Yeater also faces a trial in December on a misdemeanor battery charge filed against her in 2010, which claimed she slapped her former boyfriend, Robbie, during a dispute. Yeater previously claimed that Robbie, 18, fathered Tristyn.
